Pupil Premium

Pupil Premium funding is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England. It is designed to help raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities, and close the gap between them and their peers. We use our Pupil Premium funding in a number of ways to ensure that pupils receive the best support possible to assist them in achieving their potential.

At Holy Family School we have introduced a variety of after school clubs, offering different skill-based and supportive themes for pupils to participate in.

We have joined PIXL (Partnerships in Excellence) sharing best practice to enhance and improve the learning and outcomes for all pupils. PIXL allows us to target pupils who require interventions and additional support; assisting them in reaching and exceeding their goals.

School trips for Pupil Premium children are partly funded.

The Head of School and the Senior Leadership Team continue to research and implement strategies that will enhance the learning and development of the whole child.

If you require further information regarding Pupil Premium please contact sao@hfprimary.org to make an appointment to see the Head of School.
